ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING HUB

The initial pilot scheme for the enhanced SMI service has shown that a having a dedicated admin resource is key to ensuring all elements of the health check have been coded correctly in order to trigger payment. This training covers:

• Data quality and excluding patients in remission
• Inviting patients for their physical health check
• Arden’s templates and reports
• Northamptonshire’s data output report to identify missed opportunities (SystmOne only)

This training will show administrators the tools they can use to ensure all elements of the health check are complete and coded correctly to trigger payment.
